GIAT returns this summer from Sunday the 25th of July from 7-8pm for 8 consecutive weeks.

€10 to be paid on arrival to the event.

GIAT (Give It A Try) is an 8-week program where girls aged 8-18 years can attend in order to learn how to play rugby in a fun environment.

Corrib Rugby ran the most successful GIAT program in Ireland in 2019, not just in Connacht, and the IRFU did a video feature on us - https://www.irishrugby.ie/video/give-it-a-try-case-study-corrib-rfc/.  We recruited over 50 grils to that first programme and now have over 60 girls registered in the club with a full U14s, U16s and U18s squad. We are hoping to have a full senior squad in the next 2 years.
